WHAT COVID-19 PROCEDURES DO YOU HAVE IN PLACE AT THE PRESENTATION CENTRE?

At Somerset Reach, we are dedicated to the safety of our visitors, employees and the community. We will be implementing safety measures recommended by BCREA and our Canadian Health officials.

We will accept 1 group at a time with a maximum of 3 people per group. If the door is locked, it means we are currently with other people, please be patient.

Upon entry all people will be asked to use hand sanitizer. All guests will be asked a series of recent health question. If you have been traveling we will ask that you confirm you have completed the 14 days isolation period prior to visiting us.

Social distancing will be in place.

If you are feeling or start to feel any u-like symptoms we ask you to stay home until you no longer have symptoms and rebook your appointment with us. If we notice you are displaying any u-like symptoms we will ask you to leave and reschedule at a later date.

WHAT IS SOMERSET REACH?

Somerset Reach is a ‘modern-living’ lake view townhome estate community, comprising 56 individual homes in 14 buildings, on 6 acres. The grounds face east towards the panorama of shimmering Okanagan Lake below. PRIVATE ELEVATORS

Each unit will enjoy the convenience of a two-person private elevator. Each owner is responsible for the maintenance repair of their elevator as well as all associated costs. An annual maintenance by the local manufacturer is recommended.

ARE RENTALS ALLOWED?

Yes, rentals will be allowed on a month-to-month basis.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Yes, Somerset Reach is a pet friendly community. Up to two pets approved; cat, dog or combination.
The ‘Doggie Beach’ is just a 5-minute walk away.

WHAT TYPE OF AMENITIES WILL SOMERSET REACH OFFER?

Somerset Reach townhomes is purpose built to offer a low maintenance (and low strata fee), lock & leave, easy living lifestyle. WILL SOMERSET REACH ALLOW ASSIGNMENTS?

Somerset reach buyers will be able to assign their contract with the developer’s approval at an assignment fee of 0.5% of the purchase price plus GST. Please Note: Assignments require written permission by the developer in order to be considered.

Third deposit: Additional 10% of Purchase Price within 10 days of receipt of written notice of ‘Lock Up’ stage (once building outer shell has been built and fully enclosed).

WHEN WILL THE DISCLOSURE STATEMENT AND PURCHASE AND SALE CONTRACT BE COMPLETED?

WHAT KIND OF PARKING DOES SOMERSET REACH HAVE?

Each Strata Lot will have an enclosed garage suitable for the parking of two vehicles, and a driveway that parks two cars. There will be no on street parking permitted, nor any designated parking for recreational vehicles, boats, trailers or campers. The developer may also provide 10 to 14 common or guest parking stalls within the Development.

CAN A BUYER PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE UNIT?
